TCP Level 1

All Traffic Control Persons (TCP) in Newfoundland and Labrador are required to complete this approved training course.
The training prepares the worker to perform traffic control in a safe and competent manner.

Course content includes:

· TCP Responsibilities

· TCP Clothing and Equipment

· Traffic control devices and signs

· Work Area

· Procedures

· Hazards

This training must be renewed every three years
